Alison Clausen is in her first year as Director of Compliance and Academic Services. Alison joins Wesleyan from Cornell University, where she worked as an Academic Advisor in the Student-Athlete Services Office.

Alison is a graduate of Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota, with a degree in both Biology and Psychology. While at Hamline, Alison was a member and captain of the gymnastics team and competed in three NCGA National Championship meets during her collegiate career.

Following graduation from Hamline University, Alison completed her master’s degree in Sport Psychology at Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York. While at Ithaca, Alison served as the advisor to the Student Athlete Advisory Committee and coordinated the Athletic Department’s CHAMPS Life Skills program. She also served as the Assistant Gymnastics Coach, coaching an athlete to the National Title in the Floor Exercise in 2010.

Alison resides in Buckhannon.
