WACO, Texas -- The West Virginia Wesleyan football team finished the 2011 campaign ranked 24th in the American Football Coaches Association poll.

This marks the first time in school history the team has finished the season with a ranking. Wesleyan also made school history by being ranked as high as 11th at one point during the season.

The Bobcats were led in 2011 by Harlon Hill finalist Adam Neugebauer who set single season school-records for touchdowns (40) and yards (4,111).

Wesleyan will now turn its attention toward recruiting in preparation for the 2012 season.
