Cross Country Men Break Into Latest Regional Rankings

BUCKHANNON – The West Virginia Wesleyan men's cross country team finally broke into the latest USTFCCCA NCAA Division II Atlantic Regional rankings.

 The Bobcats, after their runner-up position in last Saturday's Mountain East Conference Championships, enters the rankings in eighth place.

Shippensburg (Pa.) is currently first in the regional rankings while Lock Haven (Pa.) is second and Edinboro (Pa.) is third.

Concord, the only other MEC team in the rankings, is right ahead of the Bobcats in seventh place.

The men will compete again on Saturday, Nov. 5 when they run in the NCAA Division II Atlantic Regionals hosted by Slippery Rock (Pa.).
