Men and Women Third at WVIAC Championships

GLENVILLE, W.Va. –The Wesleyan men's and women's track teams each finished third at the WVIAC Championships.

The women were led by Ashli Knotts—who was named league MVP after claiming her third straight heptathlon title last weekend—along with all-conference runs in the steeplechase and 800 meter run. Vicki Crise garnered first team all-WVIAC honors in the 100 meter hurdles. Adrian Cunningham snagged all-conference recognition in the 400 hurdles.

On the men's side, Eric Myers picked up first team all-league honors in both the shot put and the discus. Zach Shreve garnered all-WVIAC recognition in the 110 meter hurdles.
