Quinlisk is entering her second year as an assistant coach at Wesleyan. In addition to coaching she is pursuing her MBA at Wesleyan.

She played lacrosse on the first team fielded by Waynesburg University and was a captain her sophomore year.

Quinlisk graduated Waynesburg University in 2010 with a undergrad in Elementary and Special Education.
