Lady Bobcats Move Up Two Spots in National Rankings

BUCKHANNON – The West Virginia Wesleyan Lady Bobcat soccer team moved up two spots this week in the latest NSCAA NCAA Division II national rankings that were released today.

The Lady Bobcats are ranked 20th this week after being 22nd last week.

Wesleyan opened their season last week with a 1-0 non-conference victory on the road against Slippery Rock (Pa.).

The Lady Bobcats, 1-0 overall, are set to face Fairmont State on the road tonight.

The Lady Bobcats are third in the Atlantic Region.

East Stroudsburg (Pa.) is first in the Atlantic Region while Edinboro (Pa.) is second.
