Lady Bobcats Stay Seventh in NSCAA Regional Rankings

BUCKHANNON – The West Virginia Wesleyan Lady Bobcat soccer team remained seventh in the latest NSCAA NCAA Division II Atlantic Regional rankings that were released Tuesday.

Wesleyan compiled a 2-0 week last week, beating Shepherd and Urbana both on the road by identical 1-0 scores.

The Lady Bobcats currently have an 11-2-3 record overall and a 10-2-3 record in the Mountain East Conference.

West Chester (Pa.) remained number one while Kutzown and Edinboro both moved up a spot at number two and number three respectively.

Notre Dame College is fourth and East Stroudsburg dropped all the way down to fifth from second after a 0-2 week.

Charleston remains right ahead of Wesleyan in sixth.

Wesleyan will wrap up their regular season this Wednesday when they host West Liberty.

That game will start at 7 p.m.
