Baird is entering her second yearas a goalkeeper coach with the Wesleyan women's soccer team.

Prior to Wesleyan, Baird attended Radford University where she competed in the javelin and hammer. Baird transferred to Radford from Charleston University after her sophomore year. At Charleston, Baird participated in both soccer and track and field. In soccer, Baird was named to the All-WVIAC team following her freshman and sophomore years. On the track, Baird competed in the heptathlon and earned a national provisional qualifiying mark in the javelin.

Baird is currently working on her M.B.A. at Wesleyan. She graduated from Radford University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Sciencein Exercise Sport and Health Education.
