BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. -- Erin Bond West Virginia Wesleyan has been named Mountain East Conference Player of the Week.

Bond, a junior middle blocker from Macungie, Pa., helped lead West Virginia Wesleyan to a 2-0 week after posting 24 kills for the Bobcats in wins over West Virginia State and UVa-Wise. She committed just four errors and had a hitting percentage of .476 and added eight blocks for WVWC.

Bri Swann (Fairmont State) had 53 kills and 45 digs in a 3-0 week for the Falcons ... Kayla Motheral (Shepherd) had 29 kills and a .314 attack percentage in a 2-1 week for the Rams ... Chelsea Bertie (West Liberty) had nine kills against UVa-Wise ... Suzanne Morris (Notre Dame) had 34 kills in three matches for the Falcons ... Jenna Pew (Wheeling Jesuit) had 36 kills, 44 assists and 29 digs in a 1-2 week for the Cardinals.
